Our Careers Adviser Miss Fox is available for 1:1 and small group personal guidance to support students at key transition points. To request a 1:1 meeting, book in through your tutor or by emailing enquiries@belfairsacademy.org.uk

The academy welcomes approaches from employers and businesses who would like to contribute to the academy Careers Programme. Approaches should be directed to the academy’s dedicated Careers Leader as above.

Parents and Carers – Getting involved…

Each year students receive career focused lessons as part of the RSHE curriculum, and we also embed links to careers in tutor time. Our teaching staff make a conscious effort to bring careers conversation and learning into the curriculum and our shaping the future day links with careers through teambuilding activities and inspirational guest speakers to raise our students confidence and aspirations about their future. Our careers programme is reviewed termly against the Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory guidance. The eight Gatsby Benchmarks provide a framework to help ensure that we are following statutory guidance; for more information on this, please see the link below.
